Aiken Trolley Tour

  • Event Description: On the tour, you’ll see and hear about… Historic Homes and Churches, Equestrian Sites, The Civil War’s Battle of Aiken, The Live Oak Canopy on South Boundary, A guided walk through Hopelands Gardens and the Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame & Museum (weather permitting), and much more!

Hopelands Summer Concert Series

  • Event Description: The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department is pleased to announce the 2017 Hopelands Summer Concert Series. This year marks the 43rd season for the program. The concert series is intended to bring a variety of performances to Aiken and the surrounding area, admission is free. All those in attendance should bring a lawn chair or blanket to this free concert series. Alcohol/Wine is strictly prohibited. Picnic dinners are permitted. Well behaved pets are welcome, but must be on a leash at all times. Handicap parking is available at the Rye Patch parking lot on Berrie Rd. and the Hopelands Gardens Parking Lot on Dupree Place. All other concert attendees should park at the Green Boundary on Whiskey Rd. In the event of rain, the concerts will be held at the H.Odell Weeks Center at 1700 Whiskey Rd. in Gym 2. “Under The Stars” Jumper Night

  • Event Description: The first Wednesday of every month is the “Under the Stars” Jumper Night series. The show begins at 3:00pm and is held in the covered arena, fences start at 2’3” and work up to 3’9”. Class entry fees range from $30-$50 with up to $1,500 in prize money awarded. Aiken Charity Horse Show I

  • Event Description: The shows will provide old-fashioned venues with character and integrity, held on an intimate field in the center of the celebrated Horse District, where riders from the youngest lead line toddlers to the strongest Grand Prix competitors can compete on the best quality surfaces. 25th Annual Festival of Gardens

  • Event Description: Tour this historic neighborhood's wonderful gardens and all proceeds will go to supporting the beautification of the greater Columbia area. Tickets: Members $20 Non-Members $30 $5 additional Day of the Tour. The Festival of Gardens was created to showcase beautiful private gardens while, at the same time, helping to further fund beautification of public areas around greater Columbia. 12th Annual Rosewood Crawfish Festival

Aiken Horsepower Spring Fling Show & Shine

    Aiken Thoroughbred Racing Champions Book Signing

    Columbia Baroque Concert
