Before we can actually start building your new home, we have lots of questions and you probably do too. There are also some specifics that we will need to nail down before we can really begin. New buyers will visit our selections gallery to choose their personal finishes. close
This is a transitional period between pre-construction and construction. We update all internal documents and your plans based on the pre-construction meeting.
We “build your house on paper” to eliminate errors. It makes for a better home, and a better home-buying experience. close
fter a final inspection, there is one additional step we take very seriously. Your home will be further tested and inspected to be certain that everything is just as it should be.
Held at the Closing attorney’s office
ID needed-i.e. Driver’s License
Closing Disclosure will be provided by lender 72 hours prior to closing for review & disclosure of funds due (if any)
Keys will be presented
Termite Bond Transferred
Utility Letter reviewed
